All payment must be made within a week after approval from BITM Secretariat to secure your participation.

H. Cancellation

Nepal Association of Tour & Travel Agents (NATTA) must be notified in writing of any cancellation. A cancellation fee of 20% of the total amount payable will be applicable for written cancellations received by NATTA on or before 30 April 2023. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after 30 April 2023. Refunds do not include any assessed bank fees, and will be made after 25 May 2023.

I authorize Buddhist International Travel Mart (BITM) 2023 to charge a non-refundable deposit of USD 200.00 against my participation in the Buddhist International Travel Mart (BITM) 2023. I agree not to seek refund in case of cancellation due to my personal reasons

I. Limitation of Liability

It is agreed that neither Buddhist International Travel Mart (BITM) 2023 nor any of its officers, directors, members or employees shall have any liability or responsibility for any personal injury, property damage or loss suffered by a delegate or any of his/her family members or other persons attending the BITM 2023 with the delegate resulting from the action or inaction of any person other than an employee of NATTA. In the event of, or likelihood of, any circumstance which may create an extraordinary risk of injury or damage, NATTA shall have the right in its sole discretion, to determine the course of action to be followed in respect to the BITM 2023. In the event that NATTA cancels or limits the Event for reasons of safety, neither NATTA nor any of its officers, directors, members or employees shall have any liability or responsibility in connection with such cancellation or limitation and their failure to perform any further obligations shall not constitute a breach of contract on the part of NATTA to hold such Event. This Application for registration, when signed by authorized personnel shall serve as an agreement between NATTA and the Delegate and shall indicate that the above terms and conditions of the Registration Agreement have been read and understood by the Delegate. NATTA reserves the right to consider as incomplete any Application for Registration submitted without company stamp and signature.

Delegates are responsible for their personal belongings and are therefore reminded to safeguard these at all times during and after the Event. Buddhist International Travel Mart (BITM) 2023 assumes no responsibility for any personal belongings in the event of loss or damage.

J. Conditions of Acceptance

Buyers are expected to attend all pre fixed appointments with sincerity with the Sellers during the B2B Meet. The Registration application form must be signed by an authorized person with a company stamp.

I HAVE READ THE APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS AND AGREE TO THE CONDITIONS OF ACCEPTANCE. Should there be any claim from the Seller against their participation cost due to my failure to make the meeting, I shall be liable for the compensation to the Respective Seller as decided by the Organizer.

This Agreement shall be valid once approved by NATTA- BITM 2023 Secretariat.
